Registration: Online registration only via www.adminskiracing.com. Coach’s may pick up their athletes bibs before the coach’s meeting from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM at the race hut. Registration requests received after the close of the late registration period on AdminSkiRacing will be assessed a late fee.
Booting up: The south side of the lodge, upper and lower level, are reserved for racers and their families. Please use only these rooms as the other side of the Lodge is for Members.
Parking: Please park in the upper parking lot next to the HHRT Race Center. Cars may not be parked in front of the lodge, as this is for unloading only.
Lift Tickets: Racers will receive a lift ticket with their bib. Coaches will sign in and receive their lift tickets at the Team Captains Meeting outside of the HHRT Race Center. It is a USSA/NYSSRA rule that all coaches must register for the race on AdminSkiracing prior to the event. Hunt Hollow will kindly make available lift tickets to the racer’s family for $40.00. Tickets may be purchased at the Main Desk.
Team Captains Meeting: Day of training at 8:30 AM outside of the HHRT Race Center.
Inspections: Entry for Inspection will be from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM. The method of inspection may be altered by The Jury based on conditions and would be announced prior to the start of inspection. The top of course closed at 11:45 PM

9:00 AM Lift Opens for Athletes
9:00 AM Top of Course Closed - All coaches in place on the hill by 9:15 (no movement on hill after 9:15)
9:15 AM-10:45 AM Controlled Free Skiing on Glade - Outlined at Team Captains Meeting
Two runs (or three depending on time)
Order: Song, GP, Lab, HH, Brantling, Bristol

1:30 PM TBD – Day of Decision: Set up for full length training run. 15 minute break for athletes.
2:00 PM Full length run, one run per athlete, untimed, with inspection.

Race Venue: Glade, access by main lift and exit left (raise your poles at mid-station or risk breaking them). A diagram of the trail will be available at the Team Captains Meeting.
Bibs: Bibs must be visible at all times while athletes are on the race venue. Bibs will be collected at the finish area at the end of the afternoon training. There is no bib deposit.
Equipment: Athletes must be on GS skis with a minimum radius of 17m or SG skis
Protests: Protests must be filed within the time prescribed by USSA Rules.
Safety: Please abide by all club rules regarding safe skiing and courtesy to members, fast skiing, as in SG turns, will not be permitted on other trails. Safety bars must be lowered when riding lifts. The North side of the mountain is a slow skiing area. Please be considerate of all skiers on the hill.
Meals: Hunt Hollow offers a variety items for both breakfast and lunch. Please feel free to bring a picnic basket and/or something to throw on our grills if you so choose. Remember, as always, to be considerate and clean up after yourself.
