GVSC U10/U12 Slalom

**All COVID protocols will be in effect**

**No health check screening is required for this event**

**If you or your athlete are feeling ill, please do not attend.  A full refund will be issued upon request**

No day-of-race registrations will be accepted

All coaches must register on AdminSkiRacing to receive a lift ticket

7:45-Jury Lift 

7:45-8:30-Registration

8:15-Team Captains Meeting on the Deck. Coach Tickets will be distributed at the meeting.

8:30-9:30-1st run inspection 

9:40-Forerunners

9:45-Start of 1st Run

2nd run reset will be directly following completion of the 1st run

2nd run inspection will be immediately following reset

2nd run start time-TBD

Awards will be approximately 45 minutes after the conslusion of the race.  

Other:  

●       DNF/DSQ’s Posted on Scoreboard.

●       Scoreboard will serve as the Official Notice Board! 

●       Women will run first within each age group.

●       Please keep the lodge clean and tidy when you leave!

●       Skis must be picked up and put in the racks! The race will be put on hold if skis are on the ground in the base area.

Start Order: U10 Girls, U10 Boys, U12 Girls, U12 Boys grouped by club (Hunt Hollow, Brantling, Bristol) Second run will be U10 Girls, U10 boys, U12 Girls, and U12 Boys in reverse bib order by category.

General Information: No free skiing for athletes and parents or bringing coats down on the race hill while the event is going on. Coaches, volunteers and officials only. 

Athletes may slowly side slip down maintaining plenty of distance from the course. 

Athletes are welcome to utilize any other open lift and trail
