Bibs and Tickets - Tickets will be distributed to designated team captains in the lower level of the Sitzmarker Lodge at 7:45am. The team captain will be responsible to distribute to their athletes. Athletes should already have their season long bibs from their team captain. Athletes and coaches must be registered for the race in AdminSkiRacing.
BSC Acknowledgment of Risk Waiver: For racers and coaches this is now integrated with registration in ASR. However, coaches, volunteers and parents purchasing lift tickets MUST COMPLETE the waiver. Please click here for the waiver- complete it bring with you to ticket pick up on Sunday morning.
Parent/Family Tickets: Are only available via AdminSkiRacing and must be pre-purchased by Saturday, January 29th at 9:00 p.m. These MUST be picked up at the designated table outside the Sitzmarker lodge on Sunday morning January 30th between 8:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.
Facilities and Covid Guidelines:
COVID PROTOCOLS-
To ensure the safety and well-being of the athletes and members of the racing community, BSC will implement the following policies for the 2022 race season at BSC
1. A mask covering the nose and mouth must be worn inside all buildings at all times, except when eating or drinking.
2. Athletes and families will be expected to assess COVID related symptoms. If symptoms are present and/or you are feeling unwell, you must stay home. There will be no health checks being conducted through any on-line systems.
3. Crock pot lunches for teams in the Event Center will not be permitted. Large gatherings do not align with promoting the health and safety of athletes and the race community. You are welcome to enjoy individual lunches in the Event Center. You may bring your own individual lunch.
4. Preliminary program will be posted on AdminSkiRacing.
Day of event final program, all changes and communications, and DSQs will be posted on Live Timing.
One coach per club will do bib and ticket pick up for club and distribute these items to club members.
All coaches must register for race in order to be given a ticket for the event.
All Local, State, and National COVID Guidelines in addition to the US Ski and Snowboard Guidance will be followed to ensure the health and wellness of everyone!

Start Lists/Scoring: There will be no paper start lists (except for coaches and officials) and no physical Scoreboard. USSA Live-Timing will serve as the scoreboard. Event communications via WhatsApp (link to be distributed at TCM) and updates will be announced on the speaker system!
Awards: Approximately 45 minutes after completion of the second run. Outside on the Sitz Lodge deck
