Team Captains’ Meeting Information
Per the U.S. Ski & Snowboard COVID-19 Non-Athletic Gathering COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Policy, attendance at any indoor gathering requires attestation of full COVID-19 vaccination status, masking, and limited capacity to allow for physical distancing. A virtual option will be offered for unvaccinated individuals and anyone who would prefer not to participate in in-person gatherings.

Bib Pickup/Registration/Bib Drop Return Information: Bib and ticket pick up (lift tickets are included in your registration) will be done on the deck of the PISGAH Base Lodge from 9:00-9:30. Only 1 designated team captain will be allowed to pick up bibs and tickets for their athletes. Athletes must return their bibs to the bib basket at the finish.

Speed Suits: Are NOT permitted for this event // Athletes that compete in the
Skiers must use ski racks. Skiers are not permitted to leave skis at the base of any lift. For the safety of all, skis MUST be in racks. THANK YOU!
COVID-19 screening: participants (athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers) must attest to being “symptom free” on the day of the event. If anyone fails this screening, they must not participate in the event.

Face Coverings:
Indoors: Face coverings (masks) are required for all guests while indoors regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings can only be removed indoors when eating or drinking.
Outdoors: Vaccinated guests do not need to wear a face covering, but mask use is recommended when near unknown guests, or when unable to be socially distanced. Unvaccinated guests are required to wear face coverings and be socially distanced outside.
Lifts: Face coverings are recommended for all guests when in lift lines, when unable to socially distance, or when with unknown guests.
Face coverings (masks) must properly cover your nose and mouth with two or more layers of protection at all times. Masks that have holes for your mouth or nose (neoprene ski masks) or single-layer buffs will not satisfy the mask requirement.
