NYSSRA Skills Quest Physical Testing

 

NYSSRA will be coming to a couple of areas this October to host a USSS Skills Quest Physical test. This testing is a standard created by USSS to give athletes an idea of where they stand with in their age group to start the season. This project will only focus on U14 and U16/18 athletes. Registration will be up on Adminski September 15th and does not have a cost. To view testing protocols go to usskiandsnowboard.com and search Skills Quest. Registration is to prepare and staff as needed. Locations and and additional information will be posted with registration. You must be a current (22-23 season) US Ski and Snowboard and NYSSRA to participate. **Coaches interested in helping can register as well.
