You will need to ask the event's Race Administrator for a refund.

The decision whether or not to refund remains solely with the Race Administrator, not us—we are not allowed to take money back from the host site without them approving the refund first.  If the Race Administrator approves a refund, they will log in and apply the refund from their end.

You can find a Race Administrator's contact information by viewing the race and then clicking the name of the host site.  They should have some contact information listed on that page.

About discounts

Some clubs offer a discounted price for some racers, such as season pass holders.  This discount will apply automatically at checkout.

If you believe you should have received a discount, but you don't see it in checkout, check the participant's profile and make sure you have selected the proper region and club from the dropdown menu.  If you selected "Other" and typed the name of the club manually, the discount may not apply.

If you still don't see the discount, you should contact the Race Administrator for more information about their discount policies.  You can find their contact information by viewing the race and clicking the name of the host site.

If a race isn't showing up for you, check these things first:

  1. Is registration still open?
  2. Does the participant have a valid USSA ID on their profile?
  3. Does the participant have the correct region and club selected in their profile?
  4. Is the participant the correct age and gender for the race?
  5. Is this race a Qualified Race?  (If so, the race administrator may not have entered your participant's ID as eligible.)

If you have checked all these things, let us know and we'll try to figure it out.
