You will need to contact the event's Race Administrator to discuss their refund policies.

While we work closely with each host site, the decision whether or not to refund remains solely with the Race Administrator, not us.  If the Race Administrator approves a refund, they will log in and apply the refund from their end.

You can find a Race Administrator's contact information by viewing the race and then clicking the name of the venue/host site.  They should have some contact information listed on that page.

About discounts

Sometimes a Race Administrator will advertise a discounted price for some racers, such as season pass holders.  This discount should apply automatically at checkout.

If you believe you should have received a discount, but you do not see it in checkout, check the participant's profile and make sure you have selected the proper region and club from the dropdown menus.  If you selected "Other" and typed the name of the club manually, the discount may not apply.

If you still do not receive the discount, you will want to contact the race's administrator for more information about their discount policies.

If a race isn't showing up for you, check these things first:

  • Is registration still open for this race?
  • Does the participant have a valid USSA athlete membership ID on their profile?
  • Does the participant have the correct region and club selected in their profile?
  • Is the participant the correct the age and gender for the race?
  • Is this race a Qualified Race?  (If so, the race administrator may not have entered your participant's ID as eligible.)
