Embracing the ELITEAM theme for 2019, #dohardthings, the camp will teach athletes a variety of ski-specific workouts. The Do Hard Things program is for those who want to get a jumpstart on the season. Attendees will learn that hard work can be fun and will be able to use the workouts as a part of their home training. The day will focus on building the whole athlete through sports psychology, nutrition, and fitness. Activities will be high energy, challenging, and fun.
This program is for ages 8-14 and open to VARA members who want to take advantage of the experience and expertise this day will offer. Activities are age-appropriate and will follow the ELITEAM philosophy of building the complete athlete through sports physiology, psychology, and nutrition.
