Athlete and Coach Health Screening: The pre-screen health check will be sent to registrants on Friday, 1/22, through AdminSkiRacing and must be completed prior to the event. Additionally, the daily health screen is to be done through the individual club system and sent to Krista Jackson- [email protected] by 8AM on Sunday, 1/24(day of race). Failure to screen the morning of the race will result in the athlete not being allowed to race.
Registration/Race Bibs/Tickets: One coach per club will pick up race bibs and tickets in the event center beginning at 10:15AM.
Pre-sale Spectator Lift Tickets: If you purchased a pre-sale spectator lift ticket from AdminSkiRacing, you may pick these up in the event center beginning at 10:45AM.
Spectator Wrist Bands: If you have not purchased a pre-sale spectator lift ticket and are not a Bristol Mountain pass holder, you will be allowed 1 wrist band per athlete. You can pick up these wristbands at the event center beginning at 10:45AM.

9:00 am Course crew load Comet lift for course set and fencing
10:15am Registration open in Event Center. One coach per club will pick up bibs and tickets for entire club.
10:45am Spectators may pick up pre-sale lift tickets and wristbands- Event Center
11-11:45am Inspection (entry closed at 11:30) – By Club- Bristol, Hunt Hollow, Brantling
12pm 1st Run (By Club : U10 Boys/Girls mixed gender-Hunt Hollow, U12 Boys/Girls mixed gender-Hunt Hollow, U10 Boys/Girls mixed gender- Brantling, U12 Boys/Girls mixed gender Brantling, U10 Boys/Girls mixed gender Bristol, U12 Boys/ Girls mixed gender Bristol)

No Awards Presented at Race. GVSC Council will distribute awards to each Club.
Pre-Screen COVID checks will be done via AdminSkiRacing. Day of health screens will be done by club system.
Please pay close attention to registration deadlines. There will be NO day of event registrations.
Day of event final program, all changes and communications, and DSQs will be posted on Live Timing.
Due to COVID, one spectator per athlete will be allowed. If you are not a Bristol Mountain season pass holder, you will need to obtain a visitor wristband(1 per athlete) OR you may purchase a discounted pre-sale lift ticket for the day of event on AdminSkiRacing. Pre-sale lift tickets and wristbands will be available at the BMRC ticket window on race day after athlete registration is completed.
One coach per club will do bib and ticket pick up for club and distribute these items to club members. Pick up is in the event center.
All coaches must register for race in order to be given a ticket for the event.
TCM for coaches will be held at 7pm on Saturday, January 23rd via Zoom. Link to follow.
No gathering or pot luck food in Event Center.
Boot up for athletes will take place in parking lot. No gathering in lodges at Bristol Mountain.
Event Registration closes Saturday, January 23rd at 8:00 AM. A $10 late fee will be added beginning Thursday, 1/21 at 11:59PM. The "Pass Holder Discount" is for Bristol Mountain Race Club members only. Refunds will be issued up to 48 hours prior to race day as per US Ski and Snowboard guidelines.
