Bibs and Tickets - Will be distributed to designated team captain in the lower level of the Sitzmarker Lodge. The team captain will be responsible to distribute to their athletes. Athletes and coaches must be registered for the race in AdminSkiRacing.
BSC Acknowledgment of Risk Waiver: For racers this is now integrated with registration in ASR. However, coaches, volunteers and parents purchasing lift tickets (see below) MUST COMPLETE the waiver. Please click here for the waiver- complete it- and scan/email to the RA at mail to: [email protected]
Parent/Family Tickets: Are only available via AdminSkiRacing and must be purchased by Saturday, February 13th at 9:00 a.m. Guest tickets MUST be picked up at the designated table near the entrance to the LOWER level of the Sitz Lodge (i.e. under the deck) on Sunday morning between 8:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. Be sure to complete and return the BSC Risk Waiver to the RA BEFORE SUNDAY MORNING!
Health Attestation and Daily Symptom Check – As per USSA, and NYS guidelines... a 48 hr Health attestation and Daily Sympton Check are BOTH REQUIRED for all athletes, coaches and guests prior to the event.
- The 48 hr Health Check is completed in AdminSkiRacing via the "health check" button under your racers profile (this is available on Friday morning)- ASR will also send an email* reminder.
- A separate "Daily Symptom Check" can be completed using the Google Form link that will be emailed* from [email protected] on Saturday evening and must be complete by 7:30 am the morning of the event. Failure to complete (and pass) these will result in removal from participation in the race/event.
*These emails are sent to the address on file in ASR for your athlete- please make sure that is accurate and one you access.
Facilities and Covid:
Use of the BSC Lodges is restricted to members only. Athletes, coaches, families are permitted in the lodges ONLY to use restrooms and for a brief warm up; lingering and eating in the lodge will not be permitted.
Masks and proper social distancing are required at all times during the event by everyone at this event. Athletes may remove face covering in the start however it must be put back on before leaving the finish corral.
Spectators are permitted so long as they are not within the marked race course area and they abide by all Covid-19 guidelines.
There is no food service at the Sitzmarker lodge and there is NO COACHES LUNCH either-sorry! The BSC Tamrack lodge (Rt. 240 entrance) does have food service.
All Local, State, and National COVID Guidelines in addition to the US Ski and Snowboard Guidance will be followed to ensure the health and wellness of everyone!
Start Lists/Scoring: There will be no paper start lists (except for coaches and officials) and no physical Scoreboard. USSA Live-Timing will serve as the Official Notice Board, and updates will be announced on the speaker system!
