As a Coach, Family Friend or other relation, you can add an existing Participant to your Account to register them for a race.
Step 1 — Add Participant
Step 2 — Choose USSA or FIS Participant Type
If the Participant has a USSA number, you should search for that Participant using USSA Members first—there is a field in USSA Participants to add in their FIS Code later. The only time a participant should be created as an FIS Participant is when the participant is not a member of USSA. If you are FIS ONLY, Click Here to follow the FIS steps.
Step 3 — USSA
Enter the First Name, Last Name, and USSA # of the Participant. AdminSkiRacing will:
- check the USSA Database to find your Participant’s information, and
- check to see if the Participant has been created on our site.
Be sure you are entering the exact name USSA has on record. Don't use nicknames if the USSA Database does not have them on record.
IMPORTANT: If the Participant has not yet been created, Step 2 of the USSA Lookup Wizard will ask you to fill out the Participant’s profile. STOP HERE. If you are not the Primary Account holder for this participant, we advise you contact the Parent/Guardian or the Participant and have them create an account before you continue the registration process.
If the site successfully finds the Participant, you will come to the page below.
Click the link to Add the participant to the page, and once you see the Successfully Added notification, select Finish to be returned to your Participant page.
From the Participants page, you can create additional Participants, or begin registering for races.
