Entry Procedure: Standard entry procedure through Adminskiracing.com (Race is capped at 100 participants) No day-of registrations or add-ons.
Spectators: According to NYS/ORDA Covid-19 guidelines, spectators are not allowed on any ORDA venue and NO FOOT TRAFFIC IS PERMITTED ON OR NEAR THE COURSE. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of current and future events. If you are not on skis or a snowboard, please remain in the parking lot.
NYS/ORDA/NYSEF COVID Screening Requirements
Every athlete, coach, official and volunteer MUST complete the following in order to attend the event. (You do not have to complete the Adminskiracing health check.)
NYS/ORDA/NYSEF Pre-Event Health Questionnaire - must be completed 24-48 hours prior to the event day. This link will be available from 8am Friday to 8am Saturday. LINK:

If you fail to complete either check you will not be allowed to participate.
*It is recommended that you complete the daily check before you arrive at Belleayre so that your status can be updated before you check in.
Masks: Must be properly worn at all times - covering both nose and mouth. This includes all athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers.
Bib Pickup/Check-In/Bib Drop Return Information: 7:30am at the ticket booth near the Tomahawk Lift. Only one designated team captain will be allowed to pick up bibs and lift passes for their athletes and coaches. All Coaches do not need to check-in. Athletes must return their bibs at the end of the 2nd run. A volunteer will be collecting near the finish.

State Mask Policies: New York State (NYS) law requires everyone over age 2 who can medically tolerate a face covering to wear one when in public if unable to maintain at least 6 feet of distance from others. Masks must consist of two-layers.

Belleayre Mountain Mask Policy: A two-layer mask is required at all times when not eating or drinking.
