Eligible Racers: U16+ 

Race Entry: All athletes register via AdminSkiRacing

Team Entry Required via email 

Entry Fees:   $ 49.00/race $196/series 

Entry Deadline:  1/4/2026 @ 5:00 PM $80 late fee after January 4, 2026 ($20/start)

Bibs:  Team Captains pick up at the BATC each day. Athletes will turn in bibs at the finish each day. Lost or damaged bib $50, payable to SBSEF

Lift Tickets: $ 66.00/day (plus tax).

Team Captains pick up & sign for coach tickets from BATC, daily. Coaches MUST be current with USSS by entry deadline.

  • Tuesday, Jan. 13th M/W GS, Big Emma TCM, 30 min after race at the BATC

  • Wednesday, Jan. 13th M/W GS, Big Emma Awards 30 min after race at the finish

Draw:  Seed lists and draws will be presented over a shared screen at the daily TCM. 

Race Documents:  Distributed to coaches on WhatsApp for coaches registered for the event through team entry. Program and start lists will be available on live-timing daily.

Awards:  Top 5 per gender, per event. All Awards on Saturday after the Series.
