Start and finish volunteers, course maintenance volunteers and ski patrol in place by 9:20

Forerunners 9:25am
Race start 9:30am 

Run order will be u10G then u10B. Then u12 G then B. U14 G then B 

This order will repeat throughout the day

Bib order will be randomized within Gender/age groups. (Reminder***U8 race with U10)  If we have an odd number of kids in a group unfortunately someone will have to race solo. 

Combined time from Runs 1 & 2  will create a result which will be used to create match ups for runs 3&4.  DNF and DSQ’s will get matched to continue in the duals. 1st place will race 2nd, 3rd race 4th, 5th race 6th, etc. We will run them in reverse order with DNF/DSQ’s going first within each group. Each pair gets 2 runs swapping courses for the second run.

Combined times of these two runs will create another result which determines the matchups for runs 5&6. This will continue until we run out of time. - We will try to get as many heats as possible throughout the day. We will not START a heat after 2pm. I'm anticipating every athlete will definitely get six, hopefully eight runs. 

AWARDS>>> Overall results will be calculated by adding all head to head times throughout the day and dropping  your slowest time/DNF/DSQ. We will calculate 1 more than ½ the runs. So if we get 2 rounds of duel = 4 runs we will drop 1 and count 3. If we get 3 rounds of dual = 6 runs we will drop 2 and count 4 runs.
