Bib and Ticket pick up: 7:00 – 7:45 AM in the Base lodge

Bib and Ticket pick up will start at 7:00 AM in the Sundown base lodge.
Jury Meeting/Inspection 7:45 AM base of Gunbarrel Lift.
Coaches meeting will be via zoom on Friday 2/6/2026. Link will be sent to registered coaches
1st run inspection will begin at 8:00 AM, the course will be closed at 8:45 AM .
Forerunners will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, first racer immediately following forerunners.
The second run inspection will begin approximately 45 minutes after the course reset, approximately 11:00 AM
Conclusion of the race approx. 1:00

While awards are being calculated, pizza and cupcakes will be given to each racer.

Awards Presentation: Top 5 U16 boys and girls will be awarded medals. Eastern Team Medals will also be awarded.
