registration table. All racers must be current members of VARA and USSA.

7:30-8:30 Am: Registration in the Willard Mountain Training Center. 

8:20 Am: Coaches’ Meeting at base area in front of training Center

8:30 Am: Lift open to athletes and coaches.

8:40 Am Course Open- Start referee to open

9:15 Am Course closed- Start ref to close

8:40-9:15 Am: Course Inspection.

9:20 Am forerunners

9:30 Am: Race Start

Second run: approximately one hour after re-set of course

Other Information: 

• No Dogs are allowed on the mountain or in the spectator area
• The course will be set on the Colonel, accessed by either chairlift. Spectators can view race from base of mountain behind the fencing.
• Unofficial scoreboard located at the Race Center. 
• Protests should be brought to the finish within the protest period. 
• All spectators must remain behind the orange fencing for safety.
• Bib return at the finish line after second run. Awards will be in front of the Willard Mountain Race Center approx. 1/2 hour after completion of the race.
