• Entry Fee: $60.00
• Lift Ticket: $75.00 (discounted tickets available only for athletes)
• Registration Deadline: February 12, 2026
• Registration Limit: First 150 racers only

• Team Captains/Coaches will receive:
  • Bibs
  • RFID lift passes
• Pickup Location: BMR Race Office, Summit Lodge
• Time: 7:15 AM

Coach Accreditation Required:
Coaches must be registered in Admin Ski Racing (active or in-progress) to:

• Access the race arena
• Receive lift privileges

Coaches should not sign in as Alpine Officials.

• 7:15 AM: Bib & Ticket Distribution for Coaches only at Summit Lodge Race Room
• 8:10 – 8:45 AM: Course Inspection (Razors)
• 9:20 AM: Forerunners
• 9:30 AM: First Run Begins
• Second Run: 1.5 hours after the final racer completes Run 1

Equipment Rules

All US Ski & Snowboard equipment rules apply, including:

• Ski racing helmets only
• Ski baskets, brakes, and compliant skis required
• No helmet mounts
• No exposed braces

The Start Referee will inspect equipment at the start.

• Any violations will result in NPS until corrected
• Jury will determine penalties and revised start position
• Reference: ACR 222.1

Ski Area Rules & Venue Access

• Lift Access: Use Comet Quad (Valley Lodge area, skier’s right near snow tubing)
• Slow Skiing Trails Only:
  • Use Challenge
  • Stay off Paradise Trail
• Lift bars must be down
• No walking anywhere on the resort trails
• Race personnel exit skier’s right
• No coat carriers on the competition slope
• Coaches must remain stationary while competitors are on course

Venue Access Restrictions:
Only the following may enter the race venue:

• Accredited coaches
• Athletes
• Officials
• Resort staff
• Race workers with signed BMR liability release

No parents, spectators, or non–US Ski & Snowboard members are permitted.

MAAPP & SafeSport Compliance

This event follows all U.S. Ski & Snowboard MAAPP and SafeSport policies, including:

• Mandatory SafeSport training for adult participants with athlete contact
• One-on-one abuse prevention policies
• Mandatory reporting of suspected or alleged abuse or policy violations
