Welcome to the 1st Annual U12 Picariello-Yoder GS Cup!
RACE CONDITIONS:
All race registrations must be submitted prior to the race closing.
- Open to all PARA Northeast and Eastern U12 athletes and **Only Camelback and Elk U10 athletes
- There will be NO LATE ENTRIES.
- Registration closes on Wednesday, January 28th at 11:59 pm.
This race requires both this Race Registration AND a Racer Lift Ticket.
All participants, volunteers and coaches MUST be current USSS members.
COACHES:
All visiting coaches must be registered for the event through AdminSkiracing.com.
- Coaches must check-in at the Competition Center in order to receive a complimentary ticket.
- Teams will be provided with (2) tickets for coaches. Additional tickets will be provided upon request. if team roster size requires additional coaches.
- Team Captains meeting will be held on race day at 8am at the competition center.
TICKETS & BIBS:
Racer lift tickets and bibs can be picked up by Team Captains in the competition center.
If the racer has an IKON, Camelback or Peak to Peak pass, you do NOT need a ticket. All others please select add ticket to cart.
PASEF will NOT be offering parent lift tickets. Friends and family must purchase tickets from Camelback.
No athlete tickets or refunds will be issued on Race Day. An email needs to be sent to [email protected].
All bibs must be returned after the 2nd run to the bib collector at the finish. There is a $75 charge for not returning bib.
LOGISTICS:
Race Operations are located in the Competition Center next to the main lodge.
The Main Lodge will be open with coffee and space to place bags in the morning.
Racers can reach Raceway from the Main Lodge by riding Black Bear 6 and crossing over to Scarab.
The Main Lodge can also be reached by Sunbolt lift or Stevenson via Honeymoon once lifts open to the public.
Trails End (sit down) by Stevenson or at the base of Nile Mile will also be open for lunch.
Camelback no longer charges for parking.
There is no waxing in the race venue.
Awards will be held outside main lodge on the Annex roof as soon as possible after last racer finishes.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
7:30am Lodge is Open and Bibs & Tickets available for pick up
8:00am Coaches/Team Captains Meeting at Competition Center.
8:15 am Gate judges meeting will take place outside Competition Center
8:15am Course Inspection Begins
8:45am Entry to Course for Inspection Ends
9:00am Course Inspection Ends
9:15 Forerunners Start the 1st run
9:30am Race Start Time
