U16 EASTERN REGIONAL FINALS SERIES 4 DAY EVENT

Coaches will be expected to follow the USSS ‘Clean Hill Initiative’.  No equipment inside the nets, no drills in the snow.  In your hand or off the hill!!!

Teams should use the Brown Bag room in the lower level of the lodge.  No food can be brought into the cafeteria level of the lodge.   Athlete and visitor rest rooms are in the base lodge.  Athletes MUST have their lift ticket on them at all times to ride the Brunt Ridge chair.  Tell you athletes to tuck their ticket inside their speed suit.

PARENT VOLUNTEERS: We would love your help on race days!  As racer Parent when you volunteer for an event you receive Breakfast, Lunch, a day pass to get you on the hill if required and a SKI3 thank you voucher at the end of the day good until 3/31/2027. PARENT/FAMILY TICKETS:  All tickets are online at Gore, BUT if you have a large group please contact group sales at the Mtn. (1-518)-251-2411 ask for group sales! 

PARENTS & GUESTS:  ORDA does not allow animals on the property unless they are service dogs!  I know we all love them at the finish but they are not permitted in the ski area.  This is for their safety as well as public.  After the GS race we will be scooping  Stewarts Ice Cream for the racers in front of the TC.  A SUNDAE PARTY!

Bibs:  Bibs and lift tickets will be ready for pick in the  NYSEF bldg at 7:45 each morning.  New Bibs each day as well as new day passes each day!  They must be returned to the NYSEF Training Center after the end of each 2nd run!
