Pre-Season Coaches Clinic

This is the first in a series of coach development/continuing education clinics offered for the season. The intent of the clinic series is to keep veteran coaches current, give new coaches a solid foundation and preparation for certification, as well as to build camaraderie within our coaching community. We want to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities in our coaches to support developing athletes reaching their goals. For those pursuing their Level100 certification this is a great opportunity to build out your skills for the Level100 On-Snow Assessment.

Schedule: 

• Arrive                                     8:00 – 8:30
• Meet                                       8:45 (outside in front of Race Building) Groups Set
• Load lift                                 9:00
• Morning Session              9:00 – 12:00
• Lunch                                     12:00 – 12:45
• Afternoon Session         12:45 – 3:30

• Rotary, Pressure, Edging
• Skiing ability & Demonstration
• Teaching scenarios
• Movement Analysis 

Cost:  FREE of charge

• Attendees responsible for discounted lift ticket, food, etc.

CEU credits will be available for those who are USSS certified.
