Race Info
It is paramount that every athlete, coach and parent treats Elk Mountain facilities and lodge with respect. Previously there have been cases of vandalism during race weekends that is unacceptable. Elk Mountain management will take serious and swift justice. Let’s all do our part and have a great race. If you see something, say something.
All registrations must be submitted prior to the race closing - NO LATE ENTRIES.
Every athlete and parent(s) acknowledges the following as part of their race registration at Elk Mountain:
∙ Each athlete must have a lift ticket – keep it on your body at all times. Replacement lift tickets are available at full price.
∙ Obey and acknowledge “Slow skiing zones” designated by orange signs.
∙ Treat Elk Mountain employees with respect.
∙ Clean up after yourselves while at Elk Mountain, cafeteria, bathrooms, and in the race venue.
∙ Elk Mountain management reserves the right to ban athletes from racing and/or skiing at Elk Mountain if these guidelines are violated.
∙ Adhere to all USSS Athlete Code of Conduct guidelines.
Coaches:
∙ All visiting coaches must be registered for the event through AdminSki to receive a complimentary lift ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS!
∙ Each club will be provided a maximum of 2 Coach lift tickets, unless their team is large enough to require additional coaches. In that case, Elk will provide incremental coach lift tickets as long as the club’s “Participant to Coach” ratio is not lower than 5:1
Lift Tickets & Bibs:
∙ Racer lift tickets (3-DAY TICKETS ONLY) are included with registration.
∙ Racer lift tickets and bibs will be delivered to athletes via Team Captains.
∙ Elk Mountain Ski Club will not be offering parent lift tickets.
∙ No tickets or refunds will be processed on race day.
∙ Any uncollected bibs will be the responsibility of the participant and/or their club ($30/each)
