Field Size Limit: 200 (100 women / 100 men)
Refund Policy: Registration fee will be refunded to all athletes who do not start the race. The race secretary attempts to process refunds within a week of the race.

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS MUST REGISTER BY 8:00 AM ON THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT TO RECEIVE A FREE LIFT TICKET.
Bib Distribution: Bibs will be distributed by club to the Team Captains at the Team Captains Meeting. Athletes will use the same bib for both days of racing.
Bib Return: There will be two race volunteers collecting bibs in the finish area during the final run of the event (i.e. 2nd run on Sunday). If bibs need to be returned prior to the final run, bibs may be handed to the Start Referee or the Race Secretary (second floor of the Timing Hut). Athletes will be invoiced $100 for unreturned bibs. Please contact the WPRC race secretary to arrange delivery of unreturned bibs.

Scored Race Seeding:
Run 1 - Top 15 are listed in point order, then randomized. Ties within points and 999 pointholders will be randomized.
Run 2 - Top 30 fastest times are reversed. Remainder of the field runs fastest to slowest.

Equipment Rules: For scored races, competition equipment may be subject to a controlled inspection. For non-scored races, equipment violations will be handled on a protest basis only. Awards: Matterhorn Lounge - 1 hour after the completion of the race. 1st thru 3rd will be awarded for all age / gender groups competing.
Parking: Free parking is available in the hotel area / above the training center and in the maintenance parking lot below the base of Avalanche lift. Please DO NOT park in the Ski Patrol Parking area or access road - you will be towed!
