Race Info
TCM Meeting Link will be emailed to coaches after registration closes. Coaches must register for the event to get this link. Email will include Race Announcement, and other related Event information.
Bib Pickup/Registration/Bib Drop Return Information: Each designated Team Captain will meet at the Okemo Competition Center for their own Ticket, Team Bibs and Athlete Tickets. All other coaches must pick up their Ticket at the Comp Center (MAAPP/Safesport requirements)
Bib Return - At the end of your last run there will be a Bib bag (Blue/Yellow) at the finish for bib collection. Bibs not returned will be charged a $100 fee to the Athlete
Registration - All athletes and coaches must register online before the team captains meeting. TCM will be held 7:00 the evening before the event. There will be no same day registrations.
Official announcements will be via WhatsApp group chat- also emailed to Registered Coaches per above.
Parent Tickets - $49.00 (2 per athlete) will be available at a designated Ticket Window. Please identify your athletes name at the window.
