GVSC U12&14 skills/Flight camp. U12 should be on slalom skis, U14 bring both SL and GS skis.  Time 9:30-2:30, Lunch break 11:45 - 12:30

U12/14 Skills/Flight camp - 12/22/24

Registration - 8:30-9am  Coaches please pick up bibs for your athletes and distribute - Bibs are their tickets- must be worn outside your jacket.

Brief coaches meeting - 9:15  Outside in front of scoreboard

Start 9:30 am

Lunch break 11:45-12:30

Afternoon 12:30 - 2:30

AM session: 

1. Pole hoppers
2. Picket Fence, snake
3. Edging:
   1. Side slip with edge sets
   2. Straight run to side slip with edge set
   3. Banana Turns (Garlands)
   4. Traverse with edge set
4. Flight progression
5. Wave track? - if available

PM session:

1. Brush course - apex 
2. Flight progression
