2025 American Downhiller PARA Speed Project
Overview: The American Downhiller PARA Speed Project is a project being organized to provide speed training for PA athletes from a host of World Cup/Olympic and PARA coaches. This project is coordinated by PA race teams working with American Downhiller and NYSSRA/Gore to provide 2 days of speed training. NYSSRA/Gore will also be hosting 2 scored SG races following the camp to expand the experience and exposure to speed skiing in a big mountain environment.
Venue: Gore Mountain, in North Creek, NY Gore Mountain | New York's Largest Ski Resort | Adirondacks NY

Dates/times: Speed Project - Monday and Tuesday, February 3rd and 4th, 8am to 3pm
Two scored SG races - Wednesday, February 5th, 8am to 3pm
Cost: Speed Project - $375/athlete
Two scored SG races - TBD
Openings: ~70
Equipment: USSS National Age Group Rules - U16 and older, 183cm length, 30m radius
Registration: Goes live January 3rd at approximately 9am, open to all U16 and older PARA athletes. Open to select U14s starting January 9th.
