LOCATION: 7595 Lower East Hill Road, Colden NY 14033
START TIME: 9:30am
BIBS AND TICKETS: At 8:00am at lower level of Sitzmarker lodge, each area will have a bag with bibs and tickets. One rep should pick-up and distribute to their athletes. The team captain will be responsible to distribute to their athletes. Athletes and coaches must be registered for the race in AdminSkiRacing.
BSC Acknowledgment of Risk Waiver: For racers and coaches this is now integrated with registration in ASR. However, coaches, volunteers and parents purchasing lift tickets MUST COMPLETE the waiver. Please click here for the waiver complete it, and bring with you to ticket pick up on Sunday morning.
Parent/Family Tickets: Are only available via AdminSkiRacing and must be pre-purchased by Saturday, February 8th at 9:00 p.m. These MUST be picked up at the designated table at the lower level of the Sitzmarker lodge on Sunday morning February 9th between 8:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.
FOOD: There is NO REGULAR FOOD SERVICE at the Sitz Lodge! We are happy to offer the options below:
- HOT DOG LUNCH: We will have a hot dog lunch for sale at the lower level of Sitz
- PACK YOUR OWN: there are outlets in upper-Sitz lodge for Crock Pots but please keep in the mind the Basement Kitchen area will be full with the Coaches Lunch.
- TAMARACK LODGE: Food service by Red’s Kitchen is available from 11-4. It’s easy to access by skis if you are skiing at BSC this day or a quick drive down the hill.
- COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS: There will be a complimentary chili lunch for all coaches and volunteers in the Sitzmarker kitchen.

Start Lists/Scoring: There will be no paper start lists (except for coaches and officials) and no physical Scoreboard. USSA Live-Timing will serve as the scoreboard. Event communications via WhatsApp and will be shared at the Team Captains meeting. Updates will be announced on the speaker system!
Awards: Approximately 45 minutes after completion of the second run. Outside on the Sitz Lodge deck *Times are always approximate- please allow for some flexibility.
