Race Day:
7:45 Registration \ Bib Pick open.
8:30 Coaches Meeting in front of the Lodge
8:30 T-Bar open to Racers and Course open for inspection.
9:00 All Gate Keepers meet in front of the race lodge.
9:15 Course Closed for inspection
9:15 All gate keepers and officials in place.
9:20 Fore runners go.
9:30 Start.
First Run Start Order:
Bib Order By Category (Age Group).
Panel Slalom: U6 Girls, U6 Boys, U8 Girls, U8 Boys, U10 Girls, U10 Boys, U12 Girls, U12 Boys
Second run to immediately follow the first run.
No reset unless course requires it due to weather conditions.
Second Run Start Order:
Reverse bib order in each age category (i.e U10 girls go in reverse order)
Panel Slalom U6 Girls, U6 Boys, U8 Girls, U8 Boys, U10 Girls, U10 Boys, U12 Girls, U12 Boys
Awards in front of the lodge after the race. Awards will be for the top 3 racers in each age category and gender. Traditional Cookie for kids in the middle of each age and gender category. All others will receive a participation medal.
Notes:
1) All U6,U8,U10,U12s welcome and no USSA or NYSRA membership required.
2) Registration online at alpineskiracing.com will be closed at 4 on Wednesday.
