7:45am Jury meets at the top of Tuscarora for Course Inspection
8:00am Team Captains Meeting, bottom of Tuscarora – Captains will receive their respective athlete bibs, roster and RFID lift passes at this meeting

Racer RFID lift tickets are bundled with the race fee on adminskiracing.com. SkiPA Snowpass or any other lift ticket promotion not valid for racer.
EVENT CHECK-IN
No event check-in will occur for the KAM Industrial Services TMART Pierre Lallement Memorial SL race at Tussey Mountain Ski Resort. Athlete bibs and RFID lift tickets will be distributed to the respective club coaches in the morning during the Team Captains Meeting.
ATHLETE RACE BIBS
Bibs will be distributed to the Team Captains/Coaches during the Team Captains Meeting on Sunday morning for those athletes who did not register and get a bib assignment for the TMART race on Saturday, February 8, 2025. Bibs will be assigned and collected at the end of the race. Athletes will return their bib at the finish corral at the end of the last run on Sunday.
SPECTATORS
Spectators may observe from the back deck of the ski resort lodge. For safety reasons, all spectators MUST remain at least 7 feet behind the b-netting. We recommend spectators observe from the finish area or the ski resort lodge deck.
PARENT PARTICIPATION - VOLUNTEERS
Please support our athletes – without a full slate of volunteers, there will be delays on race day or we simply cannot have a race.
It is requested that each racer has a parent/caretaker/friend assist with course help, officiating or gate judging.

Please keep in mind that Start and Finish Referee require USSA certifications. A brief Gate Judge and Volunteer Meeting will be held at 8:15am on Race Day - Tussey Mountain Ski Resort Lodge, Bar Area – Gate Judges and other Volunteers will receive their RFID lift passes and complimentary lunch wrist bands at this meeting.
FOOD
The cafeteria is reserved for those purchasing food at the snack bar. Please use other areas of the lodge for eating packed lunches. Crock pots are not permitted to be used on-site. Tailgating is prohibited.
TMART will be offering a buffet lunch for racers, coaches (complimentary) and officials/volunteers (complimentary). The menu for Sunday includes chopped barbeque pork with rolls, grilled chicken breasts, macaroni & cheese (VT), mixed salad (VG.GF), cookies/dessert. Meals for racers are bundled in the registration fee (listed as event fee) when registering your racer through AdminSkiRacing. Racers will be given a wrist band with their bib distribution to proceed through the buffet line. Additional wristbands for non-racers will be available for $25 each via Venmo or Paypal at the start of the buffet service. ***If your racer will NOT want the buffet, the wrist band must be returned to the Race Organizer for a refund. Refunds will be processed through AdminSkiRacing following the conclusion of the race day.
ENTERTAINMENT
Tussey Mountain Ski Resort & Tussey Bär & Grill always provides a festive atmosphere both indoor and outside on the lodge deck area.
AWARDS
The Award Ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) at the conclusion of the race just near the ski resort lodge back deck area. Awards will be presented to U8 and U10: 1st-3rd place Men and 1st–3rd place Women athletes; U12 and U14: 1st-5th place Men and 1st-5th place Women athletes.
VOLUNTEER AND SPECTATOR LIFT TICKETS
Volunteers must have a Race Day RFID Lift Ticket to be on the race hill. The lift ticket is complimentary for all volunteers and will be distributed during the Volunteer Meeting.
Spectator tickets are not required.

COACHES AND OFFICIALS LIFT TICKETS
All coaches supporting athletes must register online at www.adminskiracing.com. RFID Lift tickets will be provided for registered coaches at the Team Captains Meeting. The RFID lift ticket is complimentary for all registered coaches.
Officials will receive their complimentary lift ticket upon check-in at the TMART Competition Center prior to the Jury Meeting.
