Entry Procedure: Tri-Council open races will allow the second year U14’s a 24 -hour window to register before opening up to all U14’s. Participants must have competed in at least 1 VARA council series race to be eligible to register for the Tri-Council event. The February 14 event will open registration for the 2011 Year of Birth on January 31 at 5:30 pm. 24 hours later on February 1 at 5:30 pm the event will open for all U14s.
Seeding – Random draw first run. The second run is a full field flip.
