Racers:
$225 Entry Fee - Must pay through admin racing at - https://adminskiracing.com/. The fee includes registration for both races, commemorative T-shirt, banquet ticket, and additional items. 
$78.50 Racer and Family Lift Ticket per Race Day
Family must show proof of race registration. Tickets may be purchased at Bib pickup. Limit two per racer. All volunteers receive a free Lift Ticket for the day(s) they volunteer - see below for volunteer contact.
Entry and Payment Deadline: 11:59 PM on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 
Onsite Bib Pickup only: Friday February 21st, 7:00 – 9:00 PM – Bear’s Den at Silver Creek/Saturday February 22nd, 7:00 – 9:00 AM – Bear’s Den at Silver Creek/Sunday February 23rd, 7:30 – 8:30 AM – Bear’s Den at Silver Creek

• An original signed Snowshoe waiver from each racer and coach is required. Waivers will be available at the registration desk and need to be turned in prior to bib pickup.
(Parent or guardian must sign for all racers under 18 years of age.)
Slope: Bear Claw (snow conditions permitting)
Saturday and Sunday Schedule
7:00 AM - Venue Prep and Course Setting
8:30 AM - Jury Course Approval & Final Adjustments
9:00 AM - Final Coaches Discussion (only one coach per team please)
9:15 - 9:45 AM - Inspection Period
9:50 AM - Forerunners
10:00 AM - First Run Start
11:45 AM - Anticipated Second Run Inspection

*** No movement on the course after designated start time - Use Fox Chase or Flying Eagle slopes for jackets
Awards: GS Awards will be given out at the banquet, SL and State Team awards will be given out on the deck of Kid’s World or inside Silver Creek Lodge based on weather. Anticipated time for awards on Sunday will be 90 minutes after race completion and venue cleanup. 
Banquet: The Championship Banquet will be held on the top floor of the Corduroy Inn on Saturday, February 22nd at 6:30 PM. The cost for racers to attend is included in the registration fee. Additional tickets may be purchased in advance on www.adminskiracing.com for $30.00. Tickets include dinner, non-alcoholic drinks, and desserts. A cash bar will be available for adults. 
Parking and Spectating: Free parking is available at Silver Creek Lodge. Bear Claw slope is only accessible via skis. Spectators must ski down a blue trail in order to view the race.
