For coaches: Thursday, March 27 through Sunday, March 30, 2025.

Teams must submit Green Sheets by Monday, March 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PST) for U.S. entries. FIS rules apply for foreign entries. Entry sheets emailed to Chip McElearney at [email protected]. Entries outside of WR and FIS rules will not be accepted. Coaches must be on Green Sheets and complete online registration.

Coaches must be current USSS or FIS registered coaches to receive a complimentary ticket and venue access.

What’sApp will be used for all coach communication before and during the race, including official notice board communications. Invites will be sent to all coaches registered on AdminSkiRacing.
