USSS/SARA U10-U14 Championships

Fees:

• $260 Entry Fee  - Paid through this online registration portal prior to the registration deadline.  Entry Fee includes SL and GS race fees, racer lift tickets for both Saturday and Sunday, swag, and lunch for racer on Sunday.  Sugar Mountain team members will receive a discount of $110.  
• $50 Bib Deposit - Deposit paid through this portal. Will be refunded to your credit card once bib has been returned and processed.
• $55 Racer and Family Lift Fee per race day - Lift tickets are not available for purchase through this portal. Tickets can be purchased 7:00am-9:00am the day of the race  in the group sales office.  Please note: DISCOUNTED TICKET SALES WILL END PROMPTLY AT 9:00AM.
• $20 Family Lunch – Lunch will be provided on Sunday between the end of the race and the start of awards.  Family members may purchase tickets through this portal.      One ticket is included in the racer entry fee.

Schedule:

• Bib Pickup: Friday night 6:30pm-8:00pm, race day 7:00am-8:00am, 3rd floor of lodge
• Course Inspection: 8:00am-8:45am
• Race Start: 9:00am
• Lunch for Racers and Families: Sunday, between the end of the race and the start of awards, 3rd floor of lodge
• Awards: Sunday, 1-2 hours after protest period ends

Refund Policy:

• Race Fee refunds will be given up until online registration closes. No refunds will be given after online registration closes unless the race is canceled. The convenience fee is non-refundable.

Team Captains Meeting by Zoom: 

• Thursday before the race at 6:30 pm (email [email protected] for the link)

A small convenience fee will be charged for online transactions.
