Refund Policy

AdminSkiRacing is committed to providing a seamless experience for race participants. However, because we serve as the platform provider and not the event organizer, refund policies and decisions are managed by the event organizer. Below are some common questions and answers to help you navigate the refund process.

1. How do I get a refund if I can't make the race?

Refund policies vary by event, so you'll need to contact the event organizer directly to request a refund for a specific event. For any event you’ve registered for, you will see a "Withdraw and Request Refund" button in your account. By clicking this button, you will be prompted to provide a reason for your withdrawal, and an email will be sent to the Race Administrator for the event.

Please note that while we facilitate communication between participants and events, the decision to grant a refund is solely at the discretion of the event organizer, as they manage the funds for the event. AdminSkiRacing does not have the authority to issue refunds on their behalf.

2. When will I receive my refund?

Once a refund is approved and processed by the event's Race Administrator, the amount will typically appear on your card within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase. Please note that if the card has expired, please update your payment method, in your account profile before requesting refund.

3. Can the registration fee be refunded?

The registration fee covers essential costs such as credit card transaction fees and website hosting, which are non-refundable. These costs remain even if a race is canceled or if you withdraw from the event. Therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the registration fee.

4. What if I don't see my refund after 5 business days?

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days from the processing date, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
