Schedule:

3:30-4:30pm: Registration in the Willard Mountain Race Team Training Center. 

12:00pm: Lift open for warmup runs on non race trail course closed

3:45pm: Coaches’ Meeting at finish area

3:50 pM: Lift opens to all athletes

8:50-9:30am: Course Inspection.

9:45am: Race Start

Second run: approximately one hour after re-set of course

Other Information: 

• No Dogs are allowed on the mountain or in the spectator area
• No uphill traffic
• Lift Tickets must be worn at all times0
• The course will be set on the Colonel, accessed by either chairlift. Spectators can view race from base of mountain behind the fencing.
• Unofficial scoreboard located at the Race Center/live timing
• Protests should be brought to the finish within the protest period.
• All spectators must remain behind the orange fencing for safety.
• Bib return at the finish line after second run.Awards will be in front of the Willard Mountain Race Center approx. 1/2 hour after completion of the race.
• No uphill Traffic
