Team Captains Meeting @ 1:15 PM – Front of Training Center or Base of Lift
Bib pickup: 12:00-1:00 PM in front of Willard Mountain Training Center.
• One Captain for each team to come and pick up bibs for team.
**Willard Lift Policy: The main chair in the base area services the race arena and thus requires a lift ticket for each chair ride. Your bib is not your lift ticket. Place your pass or ticket inside your speed suit or on your helmet so it is always on you.
Schedule:
2:00-3:15 pm: Registration in the Willard Mountain Training Center.
3:15 PM TCM meeting in front of Willard Mountain Training Center
3:25 PM: Lift open to athletes and coaches.
3:25 pm Course Open- Start referee to open.
3:50 pm Course closed- Start referee to close.
3:15-3:50 pm: Course Inspection.
3:55 PM forerunners
4:00 pm: Race Start
Second run: approximately one hour after the re-set of the course
Other Information:
• No Dogs are allowed on the mountain or in the spectator area
• Tickets must be worn on the athlete at all times
- No uphill traffic
• The course will be set on the Colonel, accessed by either chairlift. Spectators can view race from base of mountain behind the fencing (6 foot distancing required).
• Results can be found on live timing.
• Protests should be brought to the finish within the protest period.
• All spectators must remain behind the orange fencing for safety.
• Bib return at the finish line after second run.
• Awards will be in front of the Willard Mountain Race Center approx. 1/2 hour after completion of the race OUTSIDE.
• Cash prizes to be sent to Schools to offset training expenses.
