Entry Fees: $ 31.00/race $ 62.00/series: 2 races/day
Entry Deadline: 1/2/2026 @ 5:00 PM $20 late fee after Jan 3, 2026 ($10/start)

Bibs: Team Captains pick up at the BATC each day. Athletes will turn in bibs at the finish each day. Lost or damaged bib $50, payable to SBSEF.

Draw: Seed lists and draws will be presented over a shared screen at the daily TCM Zoom call.
Race Documents: Distributed on WhatsApp to coaches registered for the event through ASR.
No Scoreboard - Start Lists and Daily Program will be available on Live-Timing daily.
Awards: Top 5 per gender U10, U12, U14+ Awards presented approximately 20 min after the final protest period expires each day.
