Non-NHARA athletes are eligible to enter competitions, but are initially added to a waitlist. Entry priority is given to NHARA athletes until 9:30 am 6 days prior to the competition date, at which time athletes are added from the waitlist on a first come first serve basis until the field size limit is reached
