Communications
Race communications will be posted to VARA U16’s WhatsApp group chat and delivered to Team Captains via email. Times will be announced live and displayed digitally onsite and at livetiming and GMVS Race Stream (tv overlay)

Bibs
Bundled Bibs may be picked up by Coaches on the 2nd floor of the GMVS Clubhouse beginning at 7:00 AM. Return bibs in the basket at the exit of the finish area. A $100 lost bib fee will be strictly enforced

Ski Lodge
The Mt. Ellen Lodge is open to visitors. Athletes can boot up in the lodge, but due to limited space, please store bags either outside or in your vehicle.
Food
Food and Beverage services available at Mt. Ellen Lodge include a Cafeteria, Green Mountain Lounge, Walt’s (at mid-station), and Miso Toh Kome (Onigiri Food Cart).
Athlete Safety
All GMVS events take place within the Kelly Brush Race Arena, where safety is paramount.
U.S. Ski & Snowboard works to provide a safe environment in which athletes can train and compete, free from abuse and inappropriate behavior. Please review U.S. Ski & Snowboard Athlete Safety policies, the SafeSport Code, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies.
If you are an athlete who has experienced inappropriate behavior or know of an athlete who has experienced inappropriate behavior, please report to the U.S. Center of SafeSport or U.S. Ski & Snowboard. Sexual misconduct allegations must be reported to the Center. Other reports of misconduct including allegations of physical and emotional misconduct and MAAPP violations may be reported to U.S. Ski & Snowboard. All adult participants are mandatory reporters. Reporting violations may be made anonymously and there are no fees for reporting. We all are part of promoting a culture of safety through education, listening, and speaking up.
