$55 Entry Fee per Race Day (plus processing fees to ASR).
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, January 7th – 9am. There will be no on-site registration.
$55 Racer and Family Lift Fee per Race Day (add $3.30 tax per day per ticket)
- Lift tickets can be purchased through AdminSkiRacing with registration or at the ‘Pre-Registered Groups’ ticket counter if not purchased in advance.
- All gate judge volunteers receive a free lift ticket for the day(s) they volunteer – see below for volunteer contact.
- IMPORTANT: Racers please bring a lift pass holder as the lift tickets are RFID cards. Holes cannot be punched through the lift ticket cards.
Note: No foot traffic allowed – spectators must be on skis/snowboard equipment.
Parking: If arriving prior to Timberline’s parking attendants being on-site, we ask that you please be mindful of parking and keep it organized, in line and reasonably tight.
Waiver: All racers and volunteers must fill out Timberline Mountain’s Ski/Snowboard Racing Program/Event Participation Agreement Waiver: https://timberlinemountain.com/waivers.

Team Captain Meeting: Thursday, January 8 at 7:00pm via zoom. Contact [email protected] for link. Brief coaches’ meeting both days am top of White Lightning. There will be a second meeting immediately following the conclusion of the GS event on Saturday as needed. Location TBD.

Race Start Time: 9:00
Line Cutting: If there is a lift line, racers can skip the line ONLY during race time. Ski around to the right of the line and go to the rope directly parallel to the lift scanning booths. This is where ski patrol and lessons enter. When the lift staff call you in, you can proceed through the scanning booths.
Awards: approximately 1 hour after the conclusion of the race on the main deck (outside the 2nd floor cafeteria).
