Schedule & Race Announcement

Saturday Feb. 28th, 2026

Race Venue: Warm Up - start area is mid-trail

Lift Access: Racers should utilize C lift (Wonderama Express Quad) 

Spectator Access: The finish can be accessed by skiing Wonderama or hiking up Wonderama to the bottom of warm up.

Bib Number: Please refer to the start list for your bib number and be prepared to give your number to the starter. Start list is posted on the registration website (link above) and will be shared in the WhatsApp.  If you are not on this version of the start list, but registered...don't frett! It just means you registered in between the pull of the lists and this email. We'll publish a final start list in the AM on the WhatsApp and the starter will have a copy. 

Awards & BBQ: There will be apres-ski celebration with a casual BBQ at 2pm on the competition center side of the patio. Drinks will be available for purchase in the lodge.  Awards will be announced at the BBQ.

Awards will be presented to the top 5 racers per gender/age category regardless of team/program for U8, U10, & U12 age classes. Awards will be based on the combined time of both runs.

The weather will be warm, which may require extra course maintenance & schedule changes.  Thank you in advance for your patience and flexibility.   

Tentative Schedule:

• Inspection: 8:30am (followed by slipping & possibly salting)
• U8/Adaptive: 9:30am
• U10: 10am
• U12/All Mountain: 10:45am
• U14/U16/U18: 11:15am
• Seasonal Programs:  11:45am
• General Public: 12:15 - 12:45pm

ALL RACERS WILL RUN BOTH COURSES AND SHOULD CIRCLE IMMEDIATELY BACK TO THE START TO RUN THE OTHER COURSE DURING THEIR TIME SLOT. 

Adults who plan to race against their kids should come to the start at the time slot for their child (who will come to the start with their coaches). 

Adults who are not racing against a program participant should come to the start during the general public time slot.  Updates to the schedule till be posted in the WhatsApp. 

Start closes: 12:45pm

Après BBQ: 2pm (Fire up the grills at 1:30pm)

Awards: 2:30pm
