ENTRY FEE $62.00/race ($186.00); LIFT TICKET $68.00/day ($136.00)
Racer RFID lift tickets are bundled with the race fee on adminskiracing.com. Any other lift ticket promotions are not valid for racers.
EVENT CHECK-IN
No event check-in will occur for TMART PARA U16 SL Races at Tussey Mountain Ski Resort. Athlete bibs and RFID lift tickets will be distributed to the respective club coaches in the morning during the Team Captains Meeting.
ATHLETE RACE BIBS
Bibs will be distributed to the Team Captains/Coaches during the Team Captains Meeting on Saturday morning. Bibs will be assigned and collected at the end of the race. Athletes will return their bib at the finish corral at the end of the last run on Saturday, unless the athlete will also be competing on Sunday. PARENT PARTICIPATION - VOLUNTEERS
Please support our athletes – without a full slate of volunteers, there will be delays on race day or we simply cannot have a race.
It is requested that each racer has a parent/caretaker/friend assist with course help, officiating or gate judging.

Please keep in mind that Start and Finish Referees require USSA certifications. A brief Gate Judge and Volunteer Meeting will be held at 8:15am on Race Day - Tussey Mountain Ski Resort Lodge, Bar Area – Gate Judges and other Volunteers will receive their RFID lift passes and complimentary lunch wrist bands at this meeting.
SPECTATORS
Spectators may observe from the back deck of the ski resort lodge. For safety reasons, all spectators MUST remain at least 7 feet behind the b-netting. We recommend spectators observe from the finish area or the ski resort lodge deck.
FOOD
TMART will be offering a special meal for racers and families for a price of $20 per person, per meal - without the usual waiting in line in the cafeteria. Families can purchase these arranged meals the morning of the event for their racer and themselves, if they wish, so be on the lookout for the racer meal purchase table upon arrival.
The meals include:
- Feb.14, 2026: classic 8oz cheeseburger and fries, strawberries and chocolate, hot chocolate, and a bottle of water / a vegetarian option of macaroni and cheese will also be available.
- Feb 15, 2026: chorizo (sausage and egg) breakfast burritos, brownies, hot chocolate, and bottle of water / a vegetarian option of macaroni and cheese will also be available.
- Coaches, officials, and volunteer meals on both days will be complimentary and are bagged lunch style to grab and go. They include a 7’ sub with chips. There will be a table to pick up these bagged lunches so you can eat on the run, if needed.
The cafeteria is reserved for those purchasing food at the snack bar. Please use other areas of the lodge for eating packed lunches. Crock pots are not permitted to be used on-site. Tailgating is prohibited.
ENTERTAINMENT
Tussey Mountain Ski Resort & Tussey Bär & Kitchen always provides a festive atmosphere both indoor and outside on the lodge deck area.
AWARDS CRITERIA FOR INDIVIDUAL RACES AND SELECTION TO THE PARA U16 STATE TEAM
Central Region Selection Procedure: 6 races will be hosted where racers may earn World Cup points. One Panel SL at Roundtop, Three SL races at Tussey Mountain and two GS races at Elk Mountain. World Cup points will be awarded based on race results, using the 100 point World Cup scale. Athletes will be ranked in descending order of World Cup points earned in one less than the total races held. There are no automatic qualifiers for U16 State Championships. There are no additional discretionary spots, nor are there per-club discretionary spots.
AWARDS
The Award Ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) near the ski resort lodge back deck area or in the lodge at the end of each race day. Awards will be presented to:
- U16 1st-5th place - Men and Women
- U18 1st-3rd - Men and Women
