REGISTRATION: Entry will be done individually by each family, not team entry. All entries must be done online. To register visit the link: https://adminskiracing.com
Registration will open Sunday, January 18, 2026. All entries will close on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 09:00 PM. No late entries will be accepted after that time. All coaches must register for the event via online registration no later than Monday February 16, by 11:59PM. A late fee of $40.00 per race will apply after Saturday February 14, 2026 at 11:59 P.M. Any pulls prior to the entry deadline must go through the race organizer (Mt. Rose); [email protected]. Pulls after the Team captain’s meeting will not be refunded.
ENTRY FEE: $38 per race. Race Tickets Are Sold Separately.

Tickets can be purchased online at https://secure.skirose.com/store/CalendarView.aspx?node_id=1816466 and collected on the day at Winters Creek ticket Office.
LIABILITY RELEASE: All Athletes and Volunteers must sign the Mt. Rose liability Wavier when they sign up through race admin.
BIBS: Athletes are required to use team assigned bibs. Contact your team admin for bib details/questions.
SCHEDULE: Saturday February 21 (U12+ Only), Sunday February 22 (U10 and U8 only), Start times and the Schedule will be determined at the Team Captain’s Meeting.
TEAM CAPTAIN’S MEETING: Friday February 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM using Teams virtual platform, a link to the meeting will be provided for registered coaches. Coaches MUST register for this event by the entry deadline – February 16, 2026.
AWARDS: Award ceremony will follow the end of the second run once results are final Each Day.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- At all TRS events, competitors must use only one pair of skis within the race arena, which is defined as the area between the fences and including the start and finish areas
- Hard ear helmets are required for all athletes and forerunners as listed in the U.S. Ski & Snowboard ACR
- For U14 and older: athletes must use helmets that meet the FIS standards.
- Start order will be a team draw, all age classes randomized within the team draw. Second run will be reversed order.
- All competitors receive 2 runs per race day
- Age classes are U12+ Saturday, U10 and under Sunday
- All coaches are required to wear helmets when on skis
- All US Ski and Snowboard rules apply
RACE COMMUNICATIONS: Any event that includes U14 and younger athletes is not allowed to post “real-time” results or times on an internet-based timing/result platform during the race. Competitor lists: e.g., Club entries, Start Lists, Results, Referee Reports, will be posted, and standings/times will be updated at the conclusion of the event. We will be setting up a WhatsApp link that will be emailed to all coaches. Please do not share this with any athletes or parents.
ATHLETE SAFETY: U.S. Ski & Snowboard works to provide a safe environment in which athletes can train and compete, free from abuse and inappropriate behavior.
