Entry Procedure: Tri-Council open races will allow the second year U14’s a 24 - hour window to register before opening up to all U14’s. Participants must have competed in at least 1 VARA council series race to be eligible to register for the Tri-Council event.  The February 12, 13 event will open registration for the 2012 Year of Birth on January 30 at 5:30 pm. 24 hours later on January 31 at 5:30 pm the event will open for all U14s. 

Seeding – Random draw first run. The second run is a full field flip.

Bib Pickup/Registration/Bib Drop Return Information: One team captain from each team will pick up the bibs and tickets in a bin on the uphill side of the warming hut.  The bib collection bin will be in the finish area during both runs.  Team captains please make sure that ALL bibs are returned at the end of the race.  

All athletes and coaches must register online before the team captains meeting.  There will be no same day registrations.
