ENTRY Fee/Waiver

Entry fee is $38.00 per Giant Slalom per race.  Athletes and coaches must register via www.AdminskiRacing.com Entry deadline Janaury 21, 2027 11:59 pm. A late fee will be added to any entry fee after January 18, 2027. Total of $76.00 for both races. Sign waivers are required and must be completed when registering.

RACER LIFT TICKETS

Adult Racer $85.00 (19yrs and older), $70.00 Youth Lift Ticket (13yrs -18yrs), Child Ticket is $43.00, and Spectator ticket $125.00. Once you register for the race the link for day of race tickets will be emailed to you. You must purchase tickets by January 22, at 11:59pm. If you have a valid IKON pass you don’t need to purchase racer tickets.

TICKET PICKUP 

Athletes and parents pick up their pre-purchased tickets at the Alpine main ticketing window open at 8:00am on Race Days at Alpine. No walk-up Lift Tickets can be purchased at the Window. Tickets can be printed out in the Kiosk in front of ticket office.

BIBS

Bib pickup by Team Coach at 7:30am morning of race at the Alpine Competition Services office. Athletes will use their bib for each race. Please turn your bibs in daily after the last run. Bib replacement fee is $75.00 per bib. Bibs must be turn in at the end of race.

Volunteers 

We are always in need of great Volunteers please contact [email protected] you will earn a day lift ticket voucher valid during the 26/27 season. And a lift Ticket if needed the day of volunteering to get on the hill.

Helmets are required! Competitors are responsible for all equipment meeting U.S. Ski and Snowboard specifications. Fluorinated wax is not allowed at any US Ski and Snowboard competitions for any age group. Please, keep in mind that weather and/or snow conditions may cause a change in schedule. Only U.S. Ski and Snowboard officials working the race and registered athletes are allowed in the race venue.

Use of internet – based timing /Result Platforms (U612.4.1) Any event that includes U14 and younger athletes is not allowed to post “real time” results or times on an internet -based timing/result platform during the race. Competitors’ Lists: e.g., Club entries, start lists, Results, Referee Reports, may be posted, and standings/times should be updated at the conclusion of the event.
