REGISTRATION:  Registration is available through www.adminskiracing.com. Registration closes Thursday prior to race day at 5:00 pm. Same day registration will not be available.  Note - Event registration will be open to only to the qualifier age groups (U12/U14/U16) until two weeks before the registration for the event closes (January 23rd). At that time registration will open to all eligible racers. Registrants must have a current U.S. Ski & Snowboard competitor membership as of the close of registration to participate in the event. The field size is limited to 165 total athletes. Registration fee = $60.

LIFT TICKETS: Lift tickets must be purchased through Wisp Resort. A racer ticket will be available at ticketing/guest services starting at 7 AM race morning. 

BIBS: Bibs will be distributed to Team Captains race day morning outside the DCWST Mulderig Training Center at the bottom of Squirrel Cage at 8:15 AM. Team Captains will be responsible for distributing bibs to their teams. No bib deposit is required. Athletes must return their bibs at the completion of their last run. In the event a bib is not returned, DCWST will charge the athlete a fee of $100. Please contact [email protected] to arrange delivery of unreturned bibs. 

AWARDS:  Male and female athletes will be recognized for 1st thru 3rd places in each age group. Results will be posted on Live Timing. An awards ceremony may be held approximately one hour after teardown in the main lodge. T-shirts (if available) will be distributed after the awards ceremony. 

TEAM CAPTAINS MEETING:  At 8:15 on race day, Team Captains will be required to be available for an outdoor meeting held at the finish area near the Mulderig Training Center. All team captains and other coaches must complete registration in AdminSkiRacing.com by one week prior to the race and hold a current membership in good standing with US Ski & Snowboard in order to receive a lift ticket. COACHES MUST REGISTER ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE A FREE LIFT TICKET.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

8:00AM – Jury inspection (Team Captains invited)

8:15AM – Team Captains check-in and bib distribution @ finish area

8:30AM – Course inspection opens 

9:15 AM - Course inspection closes

9:25 AM - Forerunners

9:30 AM - Start of first run

2nd Course Inspection – approximately 30 minutes after completion of 1st run(s)

2nd Run Start - approximately 75 minutes after the completion of 1st run(s)

EQUIPMENT CONTROL:  For nonscored races, equipment control will be handled on a protest basis only. For scored races, competition equipment may be subject to a controlled inspection. Equipment violations will be subject to disqualification. 

REFUND POLICY: Registration less any Adminskiracing processing fees will be refunded to all athletes who do not start the race. The Race Administrator attempts to process refunds within a week of the race. Lift tickets purchased from Wisp Resort are not refundable by race organizers/DCWST.

All adult participants are mandatory reporters. Reporting violations may be made anonymously and there are no fees for reporting.
