REGISTRATION: Online Registration is required.www.adminskiracing.comfor allathletes and Coaches. Team Captains may pick up bibs at the KPRT Tent located at Milts Place on the backside of the mountain beginning at 7:30 AM. Racers will obtain their bib and lift ticket from the Team Captains.
Payment will not be accepted and athletes that have not entered online will not start. All bibs must be returned to the Finish Area following the completion of the race.
Parking: All participants are asked to park in the King Pine overflow lot across the street.
LIFT TICKETS: Tickets will be available for coaches, athletes, and workers only. Coaches must present a current USSA and NHARA membership card to receive a ticket. No ticket will be issued without the current coach’s status. No Coach who is not an ACTIVE member of USSA will not be allowed access to the venue.
Lift tickets/Season Passes MUST be worn and be visible to lift attendants.
Cancellation: Deadline to withdraw from the race and receive a refund is 72 hours prior to race in accordance with the NHARA policy.
COVID-19 Requirements
Pre-screening & check-in:
All athletes and coaches MUST complete the pre-screening questionnaire 24-48 hours prior to arrival at King Pine Ski Area on Sunday, February 7th. A reminder will be sent out on Friday, February 5th to all registered athletes and coaches. Team Captains are responsible for completing the day of symptom check for each athlete/coach. Team Captains are responsible for submitting confirmation of the COVID-19 Pre-Screening documentation AND day of symptom checks to a Covid-19 Coordinator at the King Pine Race Team tent. A list of registered coaches and athletes will be provided for Team Captains to sign. Documentation must be approved by a Covid-19 Coordinator to pick up their athlete/coach tickets and bibs. (*Only Team Captains should report to the KPRT tent) The Covid-19 Coordinators assigned to the Race is *Trevor E. Dodge. He will be available to answer questions at check in and throughout the day.

All race participants (athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers) must complete a daily symptom check.
On the hill & during the race:
Face coverings are required by all athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators while on the property of King Pine Ski Area (Exception: Athletes are allowed to remove their mask in the starting gate, but must have a mask on to exit the finish corral). The inside of King Pine Milts building will not be used. All preparation by athletes and coaches must be done in your vehicle -- please see King Pine Ski Area COVID-19: Health & Safety requirements. Each team will have a separate prep area when arriving in the start/staging area at the top of the course. Please help us keep teams and team members socially distant during the waiting period.
Race Spectators:
● Please remind your team spectators to maintain social distance in their assigned spectator area.
● Face coverings are required by all spectators while on the property of King Pine.
● If too many spectators are gathered in the assigned spectator area and adequate physical distancing is not possible, you may be asked to move to another spectator area.
● There will be no scoreboard at the finish area. Results will be on livetiming
● Team spectators are not allowed in the finish corral area of the race arena
● There will be no in-person awards ceremony.
● Race results will be posted on the US Ski & Snowboard and NHARA websites.
PROTESTS: DSQ will be posted online and at the Finish Building following the completion of each run. Protests should be communicated to RA by [email protected] or 603-986-9127. Parties will then be instructed on how to proceed with filing a formal protest in writing, have a deposit of $50, and be submitted within 15 minutes of being posted. ACR 644.6 Protests not submitted on time or submitted without the protest fee are not to be considered.

General Ski Area Restrictions: Please review the Know Before you Go King Pine Ski Area COVID-19 procedures. Milts place is open for bathrooms only. We ask that your car be your lodge for the day.

Awards: No award ceremony. Awards will be based on the combined finish for the first two runs and will be delivered via the coaches network for the 1 st – 5th place athletes in each gender.
