As you have probably heard, U.S. Ski & Snowboard has officially cancelled all sanctioned events beginning Monday, March 16th, due to health concerns from the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.  We will be working with all host mountains to ensure all events after that date are refunded in a timely manner, and we extend our apologies to all racers and families who will be missing out on a great end to the ski season!

Refunds

I can't make the race - how do I get a refund?

Different host mountains have different refund policies, so you'll need to contact the host mountain for that particular event to request a refund. While we work closely with each host site, the decision to refund remains solely with them, as it is their money and not ours. We only make the website, we can't make refund decisions on behalf of someone else's money.

To find contact information for a host mountain, you can click the name of the host mountain on the race page, or ask AdminSkiBot if you're not sure.

When will I receive the refund?

When a host mountain's race administrator processes a refund, you will typically see the refund on your card within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the same card used to purchase it. An expired card cannot be refunded.

Can you refund the registration fee?

The registration fee pays for a number of non-refundable costs including your credit card's transaction fees and hosting for the website, so it is unfortunately non-refundable, as those costs still exist even for a refunded race.
