NAME OF RACE: U10 OPEN GS FEBRUARY 28, 2021
REGISTRATION: Online Registration is required. www.adminskiracing.com for athletes and Coaches. Team Captains may pick up bibs on the porch of the Canopy Building beginning at 7:30 AM. Races will obtain their bib from the Team Captains.Payment will not be accepted and athletes that have not entered online will not start. All bibs must be returned to the Finish Area following the completion of the race.
LIFT TICKETS: Tickets will be available for coaches, athletes, and workers only. Coaches must present a current USSA and NHARA membership card to receive a ticket. No ticket will be issued without current coach’s status. No Coach who is not an ACTIVE member of USSA will not be allowed access to the venue.
NO PARENT TICKETS. NO BAGS. YOUR CAR IS YOUR LODGE.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE: TO BE DETERMINED BY THE JURY AND ANNOUNCED
PRIOR TO THE INSPECTION PERIOD. INSPECTION WILL BE BY TEAMS, IN RUNNING ORDER. ENTRY TO THE COURSE FOR INSPECTION WILL BE FROM 8:35 TO 9:10 AM

RUNNING ORDER: By gender, athletes will be seeded by team. Each athlete will be randomized within their team group. The order of teams will then be randomized. RUN 2- Reverse order
INSPECTION TIME AND START TIME FOR THE SECOND RUN TO BE DETERMINED BY THE JURY AND ANNOUNCED PRIOR TO THE CONCLUSION OF THE FIRST RUN.
PROTESTS: DSQ’s will be posted online and at the Finish Building following the completion of each run. Protests should be communicated to RA by [email protected]
or 603-986-9127. Parties will then be instructed on how to proceed with filing a formal protest in writing, have a deposit of $50, and be submitted within 15 minutes of being posted. ACR 644.6 Protests not submitted on time or submitted without the protest fee are not to be considered.
WITHDRAWAL: Deadline to withdraw from the race and receive a refund is 72 hours prior to race in accordance with NHARA policy. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY.
RESULTS & AWARDS: Awards will be given to each gender for the top 5 U10 Class. Per USSA Competition Guidelines there will be no awards ceremony.
ONLINE RESULT AVAILABILITY: First Run start lists and live results will be available on www.live-timing.com. Results will be posted on www.nhalpine.org
COVID-19 Resort Guidelines strictly enforced. Face coverings required at all times except while racing. Face coverings must be in place before exiting the finish corral. Physical distancing mandatory.
All athletes and coaches must complete a COVID-19 Pre Screen Questionnaire online at www.adminskiracing.com 24-48 hours prior to race start. Failure to complete to the mandatory pre-screen will result in automatic removal from the event. Team Captains must provide the day of event COVID screening for athletes and coaches.
