Team Captains (Coach) will pick up all athlete bibs and tickets at the front of the main lodge nearest the training room door. (Lower Level)
- Team Captains will certify all athlete health checks are in good order.
- Teams will have designated areas at the start/training area.
- All athletes are required to have face-coverings. Not required while on course.
- Guests who purchase tickets are not allowed in the race/training venue.
- Spectating is possible adjacent to the venue. All spectators must maintain physical distance according to the Mountain and local regulations.
Limited lodge access; please plan to use your car as a lodge.
8:00 AM - Main Lodge Opens - Limited capacity - Consider your car as your lodge
8:30 AM - 8:45 AM - Team Captain Bib Pick Up Main Lodge Lower Level Front Door
9:00 AM - Lift Open - Athletes and coaches
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Athletes Free Run/Warm Up - (No skiing on training venue)
9:30 AM - 11:00 AM - Training/Skills, grouped by Team
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM - Break and lunch, Lab & Greek Peak
11:15 AM - 11:45 AM - Break and lunch, Togg & Song
11:45 AM - Course Inspection by Team
12:15 PM - Full Course Runs
2:00 PM - Approximate completion
Athletes must have their ski pass and race bib on at all times. Please return bib at the end of the race (finish area) or a lost bib fee will be charged. The lift safety bar must be down at all times when riding the lift.
