Registration: https://adminskiracing.com January 26th -February 2nd
Entry deadline: Tues. Feb. 2nd, 7pm. No late entries accepted.
Entry fee: $45/Race Day paid through adminskiracing.com on-line portal
Tickets: $45/Race Day – Racer and Family tickets may only be bought through an on-line portal.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be given up until registration closes. No refunds will be given after it closes unless the race is canceled. The convenience fee is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN: Friday: 3-4:30 pm and Saturday: 6:30-7:30am and Sunday 6;30-7:15am
Located near Southern Comfort slope, at base of Lift # 4 on the decking between The Lodge and Base Camp.
Bib Pick Up: Coaches will collect bags with athletes’ bibs to distribute them. Racer tickets and Family and Friends’ tickets will be distributed at check-in. Volunteer registration and complimentary tickets will also be handled at check-in..

Slope: Diamond Jim. Lift #4 on Southern Comfort will be open at 6:45am Saturday and Sunday for U18-21/M athletes/coaches heading to Inspection. Parents and Spectators may access it at 8am.
SCHEDULE: Friday, Feb. 5th: U10-14 SL Race Start- 5:30pm Inspection- 4:30-5:15pm (Nastar Start House)
Saturday, Feb. 6th: U16-21/Masters’ GS Race Start- 8:30am Inspection- 7:30-8:15am
U10-14 GS Race Start- 4:00pm Inspection- 3:00-3:45pm (Nastar Start House)
Sunday, Feb. 7th: U16-21/Masters’ SL Race Start- 8:30am Inspection- 7:30-8:15am
Awards: Identified on-line. Coaches will pick up medals to distribute. Medals will be set out on a table in the vicinity of the race shack. Results posted on Live Timing following events.
Covid Mitigation Strategies: Due to the limited space outside the finish on Diamond Jim, we have separated the U10-14 and U16-21/M events. Team zones will be identified here for athletes and spectators. Zones will also be set up at the top of the course for athletes and coaches. Saturday, once the U16-21/M event is complete, we ask that athletes and their families please leave the area to make room for the incoming U10-14 athletes and families. We realize that some families do have athletes in both events. Those that do not, please clear from the area. We thank you for making every effort to follow the protocols of social distancing, face covering, and hygiene.
