AdminSkiRacing allows you to issue refunds to racers when necessary.  You can refund any amount up to the total registration price. This refund will be applied directly back to the credit card used to purchase the registration.

Once you have issued a refund—even a partial one—you will not be able to adjust that racer’s registration cost again.

To refund a racer, locate the Racer’s name on the Event Details page.

Click the Refund button.  This will bring you to the refund page.  The default will be the total registration price, but you can issue a partial refund as well. 

If you are issuing a partial refund, enter the amount to refund the racer in the block. Do not include a $ or any other special characters, use a number only.  Once you have entered the amount to refund the racer, click Refund.

Important: Refunds can only be made through the site PRIOR to closing the race. When the race is closed, the total will be sent to the Race Administrator, and no more refunds can be processed.
