Race Day Schedule

8:00 am Registration South Lodge Race room

9:00 am Coaches meeting at the Waffle Shack

9:15 am Course inspection opens

9:50 am Course inspection closes

9:55 am Forerunners

10:00 am First run starts

 Second Run start time TBA, at conclusion of the first run

 Awards- Stone Lot behind Race Center TBA at conclusion of 2nd run.

 ~ No Walk-in registrations - NO EXCEPTIONS.

~ Please leave skis outside - slope side.

~ Non-NJSRA will be allowed by invite only. 

~ All Racers must have their pass on them at all times, no exceptions.

*Please note that all coaches must register for the race on Adminskiracing.  Only coaches showing on the Official Adminskiracing roster will be given lift tickets and allowed within  the  race arena.

Refund Requests will only be considered up to 2 days past the event date.

THIS RACE IS FOR NJSRA RACERS ONLY! ALL OTHERS WILL BE REMOVED AND REFUNDED.

Spectators who plan to hike to the race finish will need to complete the Ski Race Spectator Access pass online though the Mountain Creek Racing Snow products portal. It replaces the old paper waiver spectators (parents/family) signed to be allowed to walk up the hill to view the race.  More info on this and how to reserve your racers pass will be sent closer to race day.
